to have small pets, as long as it does not disturb your fellow residents.

Our resident's guests are always welcome to come to dinner. However,
we ask that residents fill out a form allowing our cooks to have the
time to make the appropriate amount of food.

Does Fairwood offer entertainment for its residents?
Fairwood invites musicians and entertainers quite often for our residents
to enjoy. We also have parties for all the major holidays. Residents
get together for Bingo, Tai Chi, Pinochle, Bridge, Bible Study, Movies
and much more.
Does
Fairwood ever take the resident's out for a night on the town?
Fairwood takes residents on trips to the Spokane Symphony, shopping
at Northtown, Civic Theater, Ice-skating events, Christmas light tours
and much more.
If
I have a problem with my apartment who will fix it?
Fairwood has a full-time maintenance crew! If you have a problem in
your apartment, any one of our qualified crew would be happy to take
care of it. All that is required from our residents is that they fill
out a maintenance form at the front office whenever they need assistance.
Our crew will answer the maintenance requests in the order received,
excluding emergencies.
No, Fairwood invites walk-in tours anytime you wish to take a look at
our facility, we would be happy to show you around. If possible, please
call ahead of time, but if you are on the run feel free to drop on by.
Is
there a monthly maintenance fee, and if so, what does it cover?
Yes, Fairwood has a monthly maintenance fee that changes depending on
the size of the apartment you choose. The monthly maintenance fee covers
the evening meal, water, sewer, garbage, gas, electricity, unit and
yard maintenance, 24 hour emergency call system, use of commons areas
- pool and spa, indoor walking track, pitch and putt golf course, greenhouses
and scheduled bus transport.
Definitely!! Many of our guests love to travel and see the world. In
fact, Fairwood has a travel club. Fairwood provides their own buses
and will make trips to various different locations throughout the year.
The trips require an extra cost on the resident's part, but it is much
cheaper than if they were to have gone on the trip themselves, and much
more fun, as you are traveling with friends.
Room sizes range from 720 square feet to 2051 square feet. Rooms are
available with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms. All units include
a full size kitchen and appliances and washer and dryer. Most all units
have availability of a bathtub and shower.
Yes, we have
variety of garages ranging in price from $10,500 to $15,000 depending
on size and location. You can walk right from your
garage in a covered hallway directly to your unit.
